Writing and developing Training Manuals and Scripts. Hiring, training and supervising team managers. Review teams monthly sales reports, including dials & talk time, identify problems and compose plans for the coming month. Organize monthly sales report rallies, praise team performances and handout Certificates, Awards etc. Developed monthly sales plans including set goals and an organized schedule of tasks. Create a fun and competitive atmosphere between teams.
